About me

I am a 34 year old libra, in love with baking, cooking and creating new recipes.

I believe that you can make amazing things with simple and few ingredients (and cheap)… I still haven’t decided yet if is that because I’m a little lazy or just economicaly ecological… I guess that is the libra in me deciding… 😉

I have been baking since I was 12 years old, but I became vegan in 2013, so that challenged me a little bit at first when you don’t know what exactly to cook and how… All the substitutes for meat and dairy were really expensive and at the end I realised that You don’t need them… It is easier, healthier and faster to just cook and bake without them.. 🙂

I decided to become vegan because I love animals (that’s why I don’t eat them..) and nature (all the yummy fruits and veggies <3) and I try to be outdoors as much as possible especially hiking… At the end of the day the most important thing is your health and clear conscience…
