Wild garlic swirls

Čemaževi zvitki

Ingredients: (for one large baking tray: cca 20 rolls) 20g fresh yeast (or 1 package dry yeast) 250 ml warm water 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp all purpose flour 250g all purpose flour 200g spelt flour 1 tbsp of salt 4 tbsp olive oil 

Pasta with soy “bolognese” sauce

Testenine v "bolonez" omaki s sojinim drobljencem

Ingredients: (for 4 persons) 400g whole wheat spaghetti (or any other pasta) 2 medium onions 2-3 large cloves garlic (minced) 2 medium sized carrots (grated) 1 green pepper (diced in small pieces) 700ml tomato puree 100g soy granulat 1 can peas (or frozen) – optional

Sestavine: (za 1-2 osebi 😉 )

  • 3 srednje velike banane (zrele, razrene na kolobarje in zamrznjene)
  • 25g na drobno nasekljane temne čokolade (uporabljam tisto s 70% kakava in fairtrade)
  • 2-3 žlice arašidovega masla

Priprava:

  1. Banane nekoliko odmrznite (če nimate močnega mešalnika, ga lahko poškodujete... Se mi je že godilo enkrat..)
  2. Dodajte arašidovo maslo in nasekljano čokolado ter miksajte do kremne teksture.
  3. Postrezi in uživaj...

Lahko dodate tudi nekaj nekaj nasekljanih arašidov in karamelo, če imate raje bolj sladko 🙂
