Ingredients: (for about 24 small spring rolls) 20 – 25 rice paper wrappers water 1 small leek (60g) 2 medium carrots (80g) 1/4 cabbage (500g) 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped) 180g mungo beans (1 jar) 50g soy granulat (before cooking soak in water) black pepper, 4-6

Sestavine: (za 4 osebe)

  • 200g tofuja (tofujeva "umešana jajčka")
  • sol, črni poper, kurkuma & 3 žlice sezamovega olja
  • 300g basmati riža
  • 2 žlici sezamovega olja, 2 žlici arašidovega olja
  • 1 velika čebula
  • 2-3 veliki korenčki (narezani na kocke)
  • 1 skodelica graha
  • 4-6 žlic svetle sojine omake
Narezana zelenjava in tofu

Priprava:

  1. Skuhajte riž basmati (običajno potrebujete 1 skodelico riža in 2 skodelici vode, vendar upoštevajte navodila na embalaži!)
  2. Narežite tofu in zelenjavo, da imate vse pripravljeno.
  3. Tofu prepražimo v ponvi z nekaj olja. Začinimo s soljo, črnim poprom in kurkumo. Z vilicami pretlačimo tofu in premešano.
  4. V voku ali veliki ponvi prepražimo na kocke narezano čebulo in korenje, ko postanejo mehkejši, dodamo grah in nadaljujemo s kuhanjem. Ko je zelenjava kuhana, dodamo riž basmati in tofu.
  5. Add soy sauce and mix. You can add more soy sauce if you like 😉
  6. Uživajte!
