Falafel

Ingredients: (for cca 15 patties) 250g dry chickpeas (soak overnight) 1 small onion (chopped) 3 large cloves garlic (minced) a handful of parsley 4-6 tbsp chickpea flour 1,5 tsp salt a pinch or two black pepper 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin powder a pinch

Ingredients: (for 3-4 persons) 400g mushrooms (I used fresh, you can also use frozen) 1 medium onion 3 cloves garlic 2 large carrots 2 celery sticks 4-6 medium potatoes (dice 4 potatoes and slice 2 thinly) 2 bay leaves vegetable oil, salt, pepper, dill, cayenne

Ajdova kaša z gobami

Sestavine:

  • 150g ajdove kaše
  • 1 velika čebula (nasekljana)
  • 2 stroka česna (fino nasekljana)
  • 400g gob na tenko narezanih (šampinjoni)
  • svež peteršilj in koper
  • sol in poper

Priprava:

  1. Ajdovo kašo speremo z vodo in kuhamo v vroči in slani vodi približno 15-20 minut.
  2. Očistimo in narežemo gobe.
  3. Narežemo čebulo in jo prepražimo na 3 žlicah rastlinskega olja, da postekleni.
  4. Dodamo gobe in pokuhavamo, dokler ne spustijo sokov in sokovi nato izhlapijo.
  5. Dodamo 2 stroka nasekljanega česna, nasekljan peteršilj, ščep ali dva kopra in po okusu dodamo sol in poper.
  6. Če želite, lahko dodate tudi dimljeno papriko v prahu ali/in kajenski poper, če želite, da je bolj pikantno.
  7. Serve, take a picture and enjoy! 😉

Še bolj okusno je če dodamo nekaj domačega veganskega parmezana or nutritional yeast 🙂
